Exercise classes that work on cardio, strength training, balance and stretching/flexibility.

The classes use music and rhythm exercises that help maintain walking, balance and general movement.
All exercises are adaptable so participants can work at their own level.

Instructed by music therapists from Julia’s Place Music Therapy.

Weekly organized Oh Hell card games with members without leaving your home.

Requirements: a computer, iPad or Tablet and internet connection.
